Ergon Energy Corporation Limited plans to undertake office refurbishment works at its existing Rockhampton Alma Street office on Level 2 which has a gross floor area of 704m2, based on but not limited to the following:
* Floor plate drawings Level 2 (current status) for information only;
* Drawings of levels 4 & 8 recently refurbished for information purposes only;
* Existing services drawings for information only;
* Property Service Accommodation Manuals and
* Asbestos report.
All know asbestos has been removed from site and clearance certificates have been issued. The attached asbestos report is for historic information purposed only.
EECL is seeking a proposal for consultancy team services to manage the project through all phases, to completion.
To successfully deliver this contract, the Tenderer’s team will need to have experience and skill in the following:
* Program Management - high level works programming, works programme sequence;
* Design Management - Design brief outline;
* Office fitout design;
* Building / Facility Life Cycle Planning
