⁠⁠⁠Quotations are invited and will be received up to 10am Tuesday, 29 September 2015 for Street Bin Cleaning and Roadside Litter Collection.

Quotations shall be lodged in a sealed envelope and clearly endorsed ‘Tender Box: Street Bin Cleaning and Roadside Litter Collection – Contract No. 15/130’ and placed in the Tender Box located in the foyer of Council’s Civic Administration Building, Church Street, Dubbo (PO Box 81, Dubbo NSW 2830) or through Council’s e-tendering portal as detailed above.

All completed submissions lodged in the Electronic Tender Box MUST be in PDF FORMAT and submitted as ONE (1) complete document. Quotations that do not follow this requirement will be regarded as non-conforming quotations AND MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The canvassing of Councillors and/or Staff Members in relation to this matter will automatically disqualify the applicant from the process.

Quotations will be opened immediately following the closure time of quotations and members of the public are invited to be present. Dubbo City Council has a Local Purchasing Policy. Please refer to the Quotation documentation for details.

The lowest or any Quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The review of Quotations will take place with the assessment criteria set out in the contract documents.
