Description : The participating Councils (7) are seeking to engage suitably qualified person(s)/company(s) to undertake Category 1: Supply, Delivery & Placement of Insitu Road Pavement Stabilising Part (a) Full Service & Part (b) Partial Service as well as Category 2: Supply, Delivery & Placement of Imported Heavily Bound Pavement Part (a) Full Service & Part (b) Partial Service.
The contract will commence on 1 January 2016 and conclude on 31 December 2018 (36 months) with provision for a 12 month option. Councils currently under other contract arrangements may take this contract up at the expiry of those contract arrangements subject to formal Council approval. The councils participating in this tender are; Cessnock City, Dungog Shire, Maitland City, Mid Western Regional, Muswellbrook Shire, Singleton & Upper Hunter Shire.
2. INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement by the deadline 10.00 am 29 September 2015. (Submissions shall be via the Electronic tender Box via Tenderlink). A hard copy will also be required to be submitted to the Thornton office for evaluation purposes as per the invitation to tender. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
