Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of construction work for 1-5 Flinders Street Bike & Community Hub in accordance with this request for tender.
The Tenderers will be required to carry out the refurbishment of 1-5 Flinders St into a world class bike and community hub including the demolition of the existing interior and fitout of the three storey building.
Tenders close at 11AM AEST on 09 October 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
