This contract is for the design and construction of the Arcadia public toilet renewal, in accordance with the specification.
The project is to include, but not limited to;
* Preliminary & Detailed Design of works
* Obtain relevant permits & permissions
* Site Establishment
* Excavation/Demolition as required
* Supply & Installation of Concrete (Footpath)
* Supply & installation of all materials to complete the renewal
* Supply & installation of Structure
* Supply of Electrical Services (Toilet, Structure, Lights)
* Supply of Plumbing Services
* Supply and installation of a septic system
* Make good/Clean-up of site
* Roadside signage notifying public of toilet and related permits.
