Tender Description
The Shire will shortly be advertising seeking tenders from qualmed builders for the construction of the new Boya Community Hub consisting of a new library and community facilities of 1360 sqm in total floor area with a new 69 bay carpark.
The tender is proposed to be advertised formally on Saturday 22 August 2015 and undertaken in an electronic environment through Tenderlink.
As the closing date for submissions will be Friday 25 September being four and a half weeks from the advertising date Builders are encouraged to get their team together now and obtain the documents as soon as they are available.
Builders are encouraged to register as a supplier on the Tenderlink site for the Shire of Mundaring to ensure notification once details are posted. The Shire’s Tenderlink portal is https://www.tenderlink.com/mundaring/
