Banyul Warri Fields Skate Bowl Construction

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites tender from suitably qualified skate contractors for the construction of the new Banyul Warri Fields Skate Bowl located at Merrijig Drive, Torquay.

Details of the project and the scope of works are set out in the tender documentation. This project is part of a larger playground facility being developed at the precinct and the successful tenderer will be required to coordinate their works with the appointed civil works contractor for the playground and any of their subcontractors.

Council requires the construction of the skate bowl to commence in November 2015 and all works to be completed by 29 February 2016.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
