Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for Building Renewal / Refurbishment and Extension Works at 20 Agonis Street, Doveton North
The Project contract includes substantial renewal and refurbishment works to the existing building as well as minor extensions including external decking and pergola. The scope of works is to renew and improve the overall amenity of the facility and reconfigure the existing layout to suit its intended new purpose. The works will consist of targeted demolition, new construction including ramped entrances, small extension and external veranda/pergola construction. There will also be extensive renewal and remodelling of existing spaces including kitchenettes and toilet amenities, access and security improvements.
The extension works will provide an additional 13 m2 new internal space and 65 m2 of external verandas with pergola over.
