Tender Description
he Surf Coast Shire invites tenders from experienced asphalting contractors to provide asphalting services for the two year period from 1 September 2015 to 31 August 2017 with an option of two 1 year extensions to the contract period through mutual agreement.
This contract will be a Schedule of Rates Contract where the tenderers will provide fixed price rates for each hour's service in each of the two zones for years 1 and 2 and are not subject to rise and fall.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
