OBJECTIVES
GRV seeks responses in the form of a Request for Tender (RFT) from organisations that have the capacity, capability and experience in providing:
* the design, implementation and deployment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution in a phased delivery.
* the project management and training services that will assist GRV in maintaining the CRM Solution.
SCOPE
The scope of this procurement activity includes:
* Provision for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) CRM product
* Customisation and configuration of each components of the CRM Solution in a phased delivery.
* Training and knowledge sharing about each component of the CRM Solution
* Project management services and artefacts to successfully deploy each component of the CRM Solution.
The scope of this procurement project does not include any ongoing support, hosting or customer services once the CRM has been fully deployed.
