Council requires a panel of suitable experienced and qualified organisations to provide tree pruning and arboriculture services within the Campbelltown Local Government Area, under a standing offer deed arrangement.

Council intends to appoint a panel of providers as a result of this Tender and then call for quotations from the successful organisation(s) each time it requires tree pruning or arboriculture services.

Council has an existing arrangement where tree lists are issued to a panel of contractors from time to time. The lists include details of the type of works required, location and delivery date for works to be completed. Council intends to maintain this process for this Contract.

Attendees should meet Todd Payne in the reception of the Civic Centre, Corner of Queen and Broughton Streets, Campbelltown. Questions and answers provided at the briefing will be circulated to all Tenderers that have purchased the Request for Tender for their information.
