The scope of work is to assemble a consultant team of all the necessary disciplines and undertake Design Development and Detail Design to produce Tender and Construction Documentation for the purposes of upgrading Napier Street, Charles Street and Wheeler Lane to a shared treatment in line with (2Education Precinct Planning Study 013) and Education Precinct Public Domain Master Plan (2014).
