Overview
The Reserve Bank of Australia (ABN 50 008 559 486) requires Operations Readiness Integration Lead (ORIL) services for the Base Building Design, 65 Martin Place Stage 2 Project.
Purpose
Given the complexity of the 65MP Project, structured operations readiness integration governance is critical to ensure that the completed base building can be transitioned into occupation and operations safely, efficiently and without disruption to core RBA activities.
