Port Macquarie Hastings Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations wishing to be preregistered to tender for a contract for the design and construction of the Port Macquarie Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant Upgrade works. The objective of the EOI process is to identify and preregister organisations that are interested in entering into the proposed contract and have suitable capacity, capability and experience to undertake the work. The upgrade works to the existing Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant are required in order to increase its output from 1ML/day to at least 2ML/day.
A briefing session will be held at the RWTP on Tuesday 11 August 2015 at 10.00 am to 12.00 pm. It is not mandatory for applicants to attend the briefing.
EOI should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and deposited in the correct tender box located in the foyer at Council's Port Macquarie Office, Burrawan Street prior to the closing time and date of the request. The onus rests on the respondent to ensure that the submission is lodged in accordance with the above requirements. Submissions should be marked as follows:
