Tender Description
Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Community Compliance Property Cleans Ups, Demolitions and/or Building Works.
The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by up to an additional (2) years.
Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the provision of (i) Property Clean Ups and/or (ii) Demolitions and/or (iii) Demolitions and Rebuilds and/or (iv) Building Works.
Council intends to select a number of contractors for the each category of community compliance works and Tenderers may tender for any one or more of these categories.
