Tender Description
Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified organisation for the extension of the Minto Indoor Sports Centre. Works include the following:
* Structural steel
* Roof and wall sheeting
* Precast concrete walls
* Concrete piers and footings
* Timber flooring.
Council has prepared two separate concept drawing options, including engineering details, for extension of the facility. A submission for each of the options is required.
CURRENT SITUATION
The Minto Indoor Sports Centre is a multi-purpose facility which predominately caters for basketball and is operated by Basketball NSW. The centre comprises:
* Two sports halls (wooden floors)
* Tiered spectator seating in the main hall
* Dividing curtain in Hall B
* Toilet and change room facilities
* Mezzanine meeting room
* Kiosk.
SITE INSPECTION and BRIEFING
A site inspection and briefing will take place on Thursday 6 August 2015 at 9.00am. Please confirm your organisation's attendance by email to tenders@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au.
Attendees should meet Todd Payne at Minto Indoor Sports located at 9 Redfern Road, Minto. Questions and answers provided at the briefing will be circulated to all Tenderers that have purchased the Request for Tender for their information.
DOCUMENT FEE
There is a document fee of $121.00 for this RFT, both in electronic or hard copy form.
