Tender Description
Tweed Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified person to design a master plan for the Stott's Creek Resource Recovery Centre.
Stott's Creek Resource Recovery Centre is Tweed Shire Councils waste and recycling facility which manages domestic and commercial waste for the Tweed community. Approximately 70,000 tonnes of waste and recycling is managed at the facility annually. There is a weighbridge, domestic transfer station, bulk transfer station, renewable energy facility, tip shop, staff lunch rooms, active landfill cells, road network as well as proposed landfill cells and alternative waste treatment facilities which are due to commence construction within the next 18 months.
