ABOUT THE TENDER:
Lake Macquarie City Council invites capable vendors to submit an EOI for the provision of software and/or services that meet any component of Council's requirements for a complete corporate solution.

Council is seeking dynamic partners to build a truly innovative solution which will support the organisation's transition to a 'future state' service model, while providing flexibility to address emerging Council requirements and changes within the local government sector.

Council wishes to assess all forms of solutions, ranging from single vendor to best of breed; on premise to hosted; purchased to managed services and encourages non traditional vendors to participate.

ENQUIRIES: Tender enquiries should be directed to Peter Gluvchinsky, the Project Officer via the online forum. Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box, by facsimile transmission to (02) 4958-7257, or in a sealed envelope. The envelope is to be endorsed with the Tender number, title, and closing date and can be mailed or placed in the Tender Box located in Councils Administration Building, Ground Floor, 126 to 138 Main Road, Speers Point by the nominated time and date.

TENDERERS TO NOTE: In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderers obligations, the Tenderer shall submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderers Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete. The tenderer shall not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed nor engage in any form of collusive practice not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tender close at 2.00pm AEST on Tuesday, 18 August 2015 and submissions must be received in full prior to this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Late submissions are not accepted.
