Building Works Cunningham Pier Public Toilet

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites Contractors to submit a tender for the proposed extension and renovation to existing public toilets at the end of Cunningham Pier.

In order to submit a conforming tender Contractors are required to submit complete tender prices and details for all options. These options MUST be costed for the Tender to be deemed Compliant.

The City of Greater Geelong reserves the right to select either option's, at its sole discretion.

Mandatory Site Inspection:
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at 10.00am Wednesday 29 July 2015. (existing public toilets at the end of Cunningham Pier). Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender.

Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the project and the tender process.

Tenderers are required to notify Council of their attendance by phoning Adrian Rainbow on (03) 5272-4636 beforehand

The tender evaluation panel will consider the details of the tenderer's OH&S system provided in or in response to Schedule 7 of the documents attached.

Tenders which do not contain details of OH&S systems which meet the minimum required standards will not be considered for the contract.

Acceptance of tender: August 2015
Contract Start Date: Early September 2015
Contract Finish Date: Early November 2015
