Transport for NSW - Sydney Metro Northwest - Lindfield Substation Delivery Management Services.
The Service Provider is to be responsible for the delivery of all Epping to Chatswood railway Enabling Works associated with the Lindfield Substation and associated works.
Working within the Epping to Chatswood Railway Enabling Works Implementation Group, the Service Provider will:
* Manage the delivery of the Lindfield Substation and Corridor Works packages of the Epping to Chatswood railway Enabling Works scope.
* Provide Epping to Chatswood railway Early Works Project leadership, strategic direction, planning and prioritisation of the activities of the Epping to Chatswood railway Early Works to ensure relevant milestones of the Sydney Metro Northwest Project are met.
* Manage project requirements, scope definition, program, procurement model and delivery strategy.
* Manage and direct the multidiscipline activities required to ensure program, scope and risk mitigation outcomes are met.
* Communicate Project Requirements to Epping to Chatswood railway Early Works Implementation Group and other key stakeholders incl. presentations to Sydney Metro, contractors and Sydney Trains as required.
* Support the analysis of project direct cost and risk allowance.
* Provide maintenance of the Epping to Chatswood railway Early Works Implementation Group Risk register and owners.
* Establish and maintain strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide Change Management with respect to the Epping to Chatswood railway Enabling Works.
Provide contract advisory services as required.
