Tender Description
In order to effectively engage with and support the strategic direction of the University, the Facilities and Services Division (FSD) is undergoing significant transformation so that it is able to provide world's best practice services and facilities management to the university community.
This multifaceted transformation has a number of interrelated strategies.
These are:
1. Enhanced Facilities Management service delivery model
2. Divisional workforce redesign and skills development
3. Integration of Facilities Management systems and reporting regimes
4. Customer Service and communication enhancement strategy
5. Enhanced estate planning and performance monitoring
6. Physical colocation of the core divisional functional groups
The IFM project is therefore viewed as an opportunity to gain business efficiencies and assist the Division to continue a rolling cycle of strategic service improvements.
