Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the upgrade of Tank 5 at the Tanks Arts Centre, Collins Avenue, Cairns.
The work includes, but is not limited to new mechanical and electrical services, new stage and back of house amenities, bar facilities, audio visual desk, rigging system and associated external works.
Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "Contract No. 55267 – Tank 5 Upgrade PCC16003" and shall be addressed to the undersigned and lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns, so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30pm on 14 July 2015.
Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. The Council will invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any changes in the tender specifications. Tenders will not be opened publicly.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
A list may be posted on Council's website of those taking out tender documents showing company name, contact person and phone number unless tenderers request otherwise.
