Overview
Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking a contractor to carry out roofing upgrade works at Lot 39 Bani Road, Mabuiag Island.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Carrying out roofing upgrade works at Lot 39 Bani Road, Mabuiag Island
- Ensuring the facility is well equipped and fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings
- Supplying product that meets the attached Design and Construction Standards for Remote Housing criteria
- Completing works during normal hours in accordance with the specification
Contractor Requirements
- Provide the QBuild Supervisor with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite
- At time of tender, provide a cost breakup of each element outlined in the Job Summary
- Confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing, noting that all measurements provided are approximate and for quoting purposes only
