Council is seeking to acquire a Human Resources/Payroll system that provides secure and reliable payroll services and human resource management functionality for Council’s 700+ employees.

The system will need to integrate with the Technology One CES financial suite and should provide payroll, time recording, employee details, leave management, attendance, skills management, workplace health and safety, and training management functionality.

The system should include process automation with active monitoring of key dates with notifications and alerts and can programmatically initiate actions where appropriate, whilst also providing interaction with the HRP system by way of a simple self service / staff portal.
