Tender Description
The Department’s property strategy for New South Wales is to maintain a presence in the CBD of Sydney. The majority of the current NLA is currently located in an accessible section of the CBD, close to Central Station.
Strong consideration will be given to Respondents who can meet the following Preferential Requirements:
(a) Efficient, large floor plates with a NLA between 14,000m2 and 18,000m²; and
(b) An initial term of the Lease of 7 - 10 years. The Lease may be extended a further 2 x 3 year option terms at the discretion of DIBP.
