Collection of consitent,objective and quantitative condition ratinggs for bridge elements to effect the safe, efficient and effective management of bridge stock in accordance with Bridge Inspection Procedure Mnaual second edition 2007 and RTA Corporate Policy PN 158 bridge inventory, inspection and condition rating.
