Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for John St Reserve Phase 2 Remediation Works and Blue Wren Habitat.
The tenderer will be required to carry out works including the demolition of the existing features, excavation of existing site soil, the remediation of the site under Remediation Action Plan (RAP) within the works area, installation of fittings, hard and soft works landscaping, all in accordance with Councils specifications and contract requirements.
