Treasury invites suitably qualified advisers to submit a proposal to provide specialist building advice to Treasury to support activities in relation to the Perth Market Authority property known as ‘Market City’, Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia. The purpose of the Adviser is to provide Treasury and its retained adviser with specialist building advice, investigations and commentary to support the sale of the Market City site.
