Council intends to enter into a contract for the provision of fire engineering solutions in accordance with the Provisions of the EP&A Act Section 121B Order 6 for a number of properties within the Liverpool Council district known to have specific features which do not comply with the Deemed-to-Satisfy Provisions of the Building Code of Australia.
