WestConnex M4 and WestConnex M5 - Expression of Interest for Operation and Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠In particular WDA is inviting submissions from suitable applicants that have relevant experience and the capability to undertake pre-operation services, commencing early 2016, and operation and maintenance of the WestConnex M4 and WestConnex M5 motorways when completed.

The successful applicant will be selected through a two phase selection process. The first phase requires applicants to submit an EOI. The EOI submissions will be evaluated against specified criteria to shortlist applicants for participation in the second phase. The second phase will be governed by a separate Request for Tender (RFT) issued to shortlisted applicants and a detailed evaluation process.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Code) and the NSW Government's Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project.  These documents are available at www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au.

The Invitation will not be released to applicants until WDA has received a signed copy of the Process Deed Poll, including at least one signed Individual Deed Poll, and a completed Registration Form registering the Applicant company or consortium. Instructions for signing the Process Deed Poll and other matters are included as a file within the attached Participation Instructions.

Please return a signed copy of the Process Deed Poll, including at least one signed Individual Deed Poll, and the Registration Form to info@westconnex.com.au with the subject ‘WestConnex M4 and M5 Operation and Maintenance – EOI’. Include in this email a nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Primary Contact of the Applicant) for receipt of a passcode for the EOI.

Upon receipt of a signed copy of the Process Deed Poll, including at least one signed copy of an Individual Deed Poll, and Registration Form, a passcode will be sent via email to the nominated email address.
