Tender Description
Tenders are invited for Preferred Supplier Arrangement – PSA 2500 Cleaning of Barbeques and Picnic Facilities. Council reserves the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invitation. Council will invite all Tenderers to change their tenders to take account of any changes in the tender specifications.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Tender documents are available on payment of a $50.00 non-refundable document fee from Reception area of Customer Service, Cairns Regional Council, 119 -145 Spence Street, Cairns, telephone (07) 4044 3044.
Tenders are to be in a sealed envelope and endorsed "PSA 2500 Cleaning of Barbeques and Picnic Facilities" and shall be addressed to the undersigned and lodged, posted or delivered by a recognised courier having a direct delivery service to the Council Chambers, 119 -145 Spence Street, Cairns, QLD 4870 so as to be received in the Tender Box before the closing time of 4.30pm on 7 July 2015.
