Tender Description
Yarra Ranges Shire Council invite tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Community Compliance Works.
The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with Council having the solo option to extend the Contract by up to an additional (2) years.
Council intends to select a number of tenderers for the each category of community compliance works as per the following categories.
1. Property Clean Ups ;
2. Demolitions;
3. Demolitions and Rebuilds; and
4. Building works.
