Minor internal and external reconfigurations and modifications works at Russell Offices R7 and Anzac Park West in Canberra.
The following works to be undertaken at Russell Offices R7 in Canberra:
* New Secure bicycle storage and associated works.
* Designated room to be refurbished so as to provide the function of a family care room for parents working at R7.
* Designated rooms require operable walls and associated refurbishment to allow the room to be divided into two when required.
* Remove internal walls, replace joinery display cabinet, install new sliding door and undertake other related minor fit-out works to work area.
The following works to be undertaken at Anzac Park West in Canberra:
* The provision of four new offices on four separate floors, including the relocation / modification of workstations, the installation / modification of ceilings, flooring and all services to suit the new layout.
* Installation of a new card reader to interface with the existing building management security system to provide additional functionality to an external door.
