Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works for this project includes asbestos removal and remediation, painting, flooring replacement and general repairs to Defence assets located at Kapooka Military Area (KMA).

The project consists of the following works to be undertaken at Kapooka Military Area:
 
* Asbestos removal/remediation;
* Patching and Painting internal and external structures;
* Removal and replacement of down pipes, guttering, fascias and barge boards;
* New Vinyl flooring including feather edge skirting, cleaning wall vinyl and resinstatement of floor markings; and
* Upgrades to bathrooms.
