Tender Description
Gosford City Council (Council) is calling for tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers wishing to enter into a lease arrangement for the childcare facility located at Henry Wheeler Place Gosford. The lessee must be able to provide childcare services that meet the needs of the local community. The lease period will be limited to a period of up to five (5) years only.
The building is currently being utilised as a childcare facility which is operated by a not-for-profit child care organisation, under an occupancy agreement with Council. The childcare facility is currently licensed to take 42 children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
