Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) as land owner is seeking owner occupiers or developers (on behalf of owner occupiers) to finance the land acquisition, development and construction of a six storey commercial office development on Site 8D with the land being leased on a 99-year term. Note SOPA is not the developer but will grant development rights to the Successful Proponent.
