The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the provision of projection for 2015-2017 Sydney New Year's Eve (with an option to extend to cover 2018) in accordance with this request for tender.

One of the key effects on the Sydney Harbour Bridge is the projection of still and moving images onto the pylons. The projections are used as a creative event element, as well as to communicate important public messaging such as Community Service Announcements, sponsor recognition, and emergency messaging. Projections are to appear on four faces of the Sydney Harbour Bridge pylons, operated from four specific projection sites. Council will provide all projection content.

Council requires the services of an experienced organisation to supply projection for each event ("Core Deliverables"). The organisation may also be required to provide equipment and services to operate and manage a number of the projection sites ("Additional Deliverables").
