Tender Description
The Surf Coast Shire invites tenders from experienced waste services contractors to provide public bin emptying and cleaning services as well as street cleaning and sweeping services across four nominated zones in the Shire for the period from 1 October 2015 to 31 August 2017 with an option to extend the contract period for a further 1 year.
The Shire seeks to appoint multiple contractors i.e. one contractor per zone.

Tenders must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time given below. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Tenders not complying with the requirements - for example, tenders submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.
It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
