Tender Description
Ausgrid has a requirement for consolidated Enterprise Maintenance, Software Assurance and Support Services for a period of up to two (2) years with one (+1) year option.
The procurement activity has been developed with discreet module response schedules.
C1 Operational support & governance
C2 Cisco Equipment Maintenance
C3 Juniper Equipment Maintenance
C4 F5 Maintenance
C5a. Telephony Equip. This schedule includes Fail and Fix maintenance support of Ausgrid Alcatel-Lucent Telephony equipment
C5b. Telephony Support. Service Level Agreement for the management and delivery of Ausgrid Telephony support including changes, upgrades and problem management.
C6 Wireless Maintenance
C7 Technical Services
C8 Equipment Maintenance Reqs (For all proposed equipment as uplift and out of warranty)
C9 Equipment Service Levels
F1. Ausgrid Pricing Schedule including discount % off list (General product Catalogue).
Ausgrid is seeking proposals from Respondents to offer proposals for each schedule. Note Ausgrid expects to award C5a and C5b to the same Respondent. Ausgrid is also interested in understanding proposals for two or more schedules. The Tender contains minimum (Mandatory) requirements that must be met in order for a Respondents proposal to be selected for detailed evaluation.
Ausgrid will also undertake a Value for Money ranking of Respondent proposals prior to detailed evaluation selection. Respondents are encouraged to provide their best offer when submitting their proposal.
