The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00 pm, Wednesday 17 June 2015, from experienced contractors for supply & installation of new prefabricated modular built multi use sports pavilion at Lara Recreation Reserve. The works include design, construction and installation services. The build must be a prefabricated modular construction, traditional build is not an option for this project.
The site for the new facility is situated at the Lara Recreation Reserve. The facility will be sited between the existing Baseball and Soccer Fields. (Melways Reference Map 423 D4, Edition 39).
Please be advised that Council will conduct a mandatory site inspection at the site commencing at 10 am on Tuesday 2nd June 2015. Council representatives will be present to discuss details regarding the scope of works to assist tenderers in their understanding of the project requirements and the tender process. Prospective tenderers must attend this site inspection.
Please ensure your company is in attendance and your representative registers their attendance when at the site. Failure of a tenderer to attend will result in their tender being excluded as a non-conforming tender (refer tender condition 3.4).
