Tender Description
The Customer, the Insurance Commission of Western Australia, is seeking to engage the services of a highly regarded, leading and independent multi-disciplinary property/engineering services firm, with the appropriate qualifications, experience and expertise, to undertake a comprehensive technical due diligence in relation to five (5) commercial properties which may be divested as part of an asset reallocation.
The five (5) commercial properties are:
* Forrest Centre, 219 and 221 St Georges Terrace, Perth;
* Westralia Square, 141 St Georges Terrace, Perth;
* Westralia Plaza, 167 St Georges Terrace, Perth;
* The Shops At Ellenbrook, Ellenbrok; and
* Livingston Markletplace Shopping Centre, Canning Vale,
collectively known as "the Properties".
The successful Respondent is required to undertake a comprehensive technical due diligence in relation to each of the Properties, and provide a comprehensive report of its findings for each Property.
The Customer intends to appoint a single entity to undertake and provide the Services. Accordingly, notwithstanding that multi-disciplinary teams may be established comprising two (2) or more firms, a single lead Respondent must submit an Offer, and the lead Respondent shall be responsible for all of the Services provided, including by secondary consultants. All secondary consultants proposed to be used in connection with the supply of the Services must be specified, for approval by the Customer.
