Tender Description
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage the services of a suitably qualified Contractor for the programmed cleaning of specified Council building assets.Where required, the Contractor will also need to respond to emergency and non-programmed works.
The Contract term shall be for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend up to one (1) further two (2) year period at the sole discretion of Council.
A MANDATORY tender briefing and on-site inspection tour will be conducted on Wednesday 13 May 2015. Council will have a bus leaving at 10am from the Operations Centre - Stadium Dr Keilor Park. Refer to section 1 Tendering Condtions for details.
