Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the provision of labour, equipment and materials by suitably qualified and experienced tradespersons in the maintenance and upgrades of buildings and assets owned by Greater Shepparton City Council and used for the delivery of Council services.

Council intends to form a Panel of Suppliers of service providers to deliver the required maintenance and upgrade works under a Schedule of Rates contract arrangement. The contract term is to be for an initial two (2) year period with provision for a contract extension of a one (1) year period.
