Tender Description
The Shire of Mt Marshall delivers a variety of services to the community and in doing so must ensure that the assets supporting these services are managed in a way that promotes maximum performance for the lowest “whole of life” cost and maintenance for present and future generations.
This contract is for the General and Specified building maintenance works in the Shire of Mt Marshall and aims to achieve the following objectives;
* Increase the estimated useful life of the facilities and supporting infrastructure
* Provide a source of information from making key management decisions relating to risk, condition, service delivery and capital and operational budgeting
* Ensure that the needs of the community are met through customer centric service delivery.
* Provide a “value for money” service to the community and the Shire.
Administrative and controlling aspects include health and safety plans, security, quality plans and inspection programmes.
