Tender Description
The Principal is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake, Restoration and Refurbishment Works to the Coolgardie Post Office Complex. The Works components generally consist of:
* Restoration and Refurbishment Works to the exterior of the Post Office Block
* New roof to the Sergeants Quarters;
* Rectification Works to the remaining rooves; and
* Installation of stormwater and soakage drainwork.
The Works have been separated into two general parts:
* Restoration and Refurbishment Works including the roofing components; and
* Installation of stormwater and soakage drainwork.
Tenderers have the opportunity to provide a Tender for either part or all of the Works on offer.
