Tender Description
Geoscience Australia seeks a service provider who will index selected Australian Geoscience literature into the Australian Geoscience Literature database using software licensed to Geoscience Australia, currently DB/TextWorks.
The contractor will be required to:
* Select material for indexing
* Index material as per the specified format
* Check and edit records that have been indexed
* Prepare and despatch batches to the American Geosciences Institute (AGI) as per the agreed format.The format is available from http://www.americangeosciences.org/sites/default/files/GREXFORM.pdf
* Research new index terms
* Provide training to any new indexers.
