Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Works package includes the completion of structural concrete and steel elements to support the new Temporary Metal Health building of approximately 3000m2 floor area (modular construction by others).

This package involves the coordination of all building services between the existing hospital and the Temporary Metal Health building. Works include minor demolition and asbestos removal.
