Tender Description
Councils Asset management department is seeking submissions, based on a Schedule of Rates, for a contractor to inspect, maintain and service various Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems on a regular basis for a fixed fee. It is anticipated that the successful respondent will have suitable qualifications and skills to perform the installation and maintenance aspects of the Councils systems. Lismore City Council has numerous buildings located in and around Lismore CBD.
Submissions close: 2:00p.m. Friday, 1 May 2015.
