Request for Tenders are invited for the purchase of the Property located at 32-40 View Road, Springvale, VIC, 3175 subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the Tender Documents by which the Tenderer by submitting a Tender agrees to be bound.
Project Vision:
The Vendor's aims in selling the Property are:
3.1 to provide an opportunity for the development of a high quality residential project on the Property (for example, aged care, townhouses, low rise apartments, dwellings or nursing home or a combination of these uses);
3.2 for the development of the Property to provide an example of high quality design outcomes reflecting the proposed quality design and preferred use outcomes as outlined in the Springvale Civic Masterplan; and
3.3 for the proceeds of the sale of the Property to provide funding for the implementation of the Springvale Civic Masterplan.
