Fairfield City Council is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to lease the retail shops and offices at its new shopping centre in Dutton Lane, Cabramatta.
The Dutton Lane Shopping Centre is a new facility being developed by Council consisting of the following:
* 2,995m2 of retail space (approximately 31 shops)
* 505m2 of office space (approximately 4 offices)
* 275 public car spaces
* New toilets, lifts and ancillary community facilities
The development will be fully owned and managed by Council upon completion.
